  duties.
- Over the years, I have spoken to numerous 
  Seniors organizations on Wills and Estate 
  related topics.
- I presently have on file over two thousand 
  wills and routinely prepare several new 
  wills every week.
- I have considerable experience in estate 
  planning 
  so as to minimize capital gains tax 
  implications.
- I make house calls and regularly visit 
  Nursing Homes to have wills and powers 
  of attorneys executed by those clients 
  who cannot come to my office.
