Scope of Experience
- I have developed a particular 
  expertise in rural land transactions and land
  development having closed thousands of land 
  transfers and done the legal work required 
  for the registration of more than fifteen 
  Plans of Subdivision.
- I am familiar with all the ramifications 
  involved in transactions involving 
  recreational land including zoning 
  restrictions, set-back requirements, 
  rights-of-ways and capital gains tax 
  implications. 
- I have extensive experience in representing 
  American citizens acquiring or disposing of 
  property in Eastern Ontario  and am familiar 
  with tax issues arising on such transfers.
- My practice has included the purchase and 
  sale of numerous commercial properties, 
  apartment buildings and condominiums.
